Jenna Tiedje – Thanksgiving 2021

This Thanksgiving has me reflecting over this past year. After so much has changed since Covid-19 has become part of our reality. It changed the path that I was on, a position as a sales manger at a hotel on the beach. As much as I enjoyed my job, it wasn’t my passion.

This pandemic has forced me to go for my goals and create this vision I see. My passion has been health and fitness since I can remember. I trained in the gym since I was about 14 years old, and today I am considered a gym rat that loves to stand up paddle board. I love what fitness gives to my body, my mind and my attitude.

As a trainer on and off the water, I am the I can do attitude with all that I have to give. Not only to myself but to others as well. When I’m on the water and I see my clients start to beam because they have stepped out of their comfort zone and challenged themselves to grow and learn.

I have to say that training my clients gives to me as much as they are receiving from me. Watching the growth, the fitness gains and to see them achieve their success encourages me to keep growing in a positive light. It hasn’t always been easy, but that’s just life. Life challenges us in so many different ways, it’s important to find ways to keep us focused on all that we are grateful for.

Like, my family, the roof over my head and my mind to be able to share these thoughts with you. Grateful for my eyes to be able to see all the beauty that this world has to offer. Grateful for my legs to be able to pivot turn because every time I do it feels like a playground.

However, it’s not guaranteed. It’s up to us to keep looking for the miracles that are shared with us throughout our day. I am grateful to be living in South Florida and having the opportunity to build the business that I dream of.

I am grateful to share my love for a healthy lifestyle with you. Full of Gratitude!
