There is not just one workout that can give our body everything it needs.
As we age our bodies need balance, stretching, cardio, flexibility, strength and endurance .
Okay, SUP (stand up paddle board) Fitness does check off many of these. Especially if it’s done correctly.
PaddleFit technique with adding stretching, strength and challenges will offer you body a workout like no other.
But I truly believe that we need a variety of exercises.
For me I enjoy roller blading and push myself to run, which I enjoy once I start moving.
I Life weights, play on a balance board, boxing, bike riding, snorkeling and of course SUP time.
Many great ways to get fitness and enjoy it. Gardening, lawn work, painting, just to name a few.
